When you come into town the last thing you want to do is grocery shop. Call me prior to your arrival and I will ensure your refrigerator is stocked with your favorite foods.

Airport Car Pickup:

Don't want your car to stay at the airport, I can pick it up for you.

Airport Pickup:

Let me arrange for your pick up! Supply me with your arrival time and date and I’ll ensure that your ride is waiting for you at the airport. When it’s time to leave again, I’ll arrange your departure transportation.

Delivery Reception:

Having something shipped and can’t be home for the delivery? Not a problem, I will work with the delivery company. Whether it’s a new car, book, or furniture, I can accept all packages and make sure it's inside your home waiting for you.

Contractor Access:

Let me provide interior access to your specialty contractors for small or large needs. For example, pest control, plant watering service, insurance inspectors, remodels, etc.

Seasonal Rental check-in:

-Inventory, arrange cleanings, stocking, home inspections

-Check in services available

-Open & Prep Home For Owner or Guest Arrivals

-Close Down Home After Owner or Guest Departs

-Renter Check-In & Check-Out Walk Throughs (before and or after rental periods)

Pre/Post Storm:

I will send out an alert email if there is a Tropical Storm or Hurricane Warning for the area.

-Pre-Storm Preparation Assistance: At the clients request, a pre storm inspection ensures that all furniture is inside, all shutters are ready to go, and perform any additional related requests.

-Hurricane Shutter Services (conditions may apply)

-Post-Storm Inspections: A post-storm inspection will look for visible signs of damage and will include a detailed report with images emailed to the client.
