About Me & VBHCS

Hi everyone!  My name is Adel Rubio and I am the proud owner of Vero Beach Home Concierge Services LLC.  My family moved to Boca Raton from Puerto Rico when I was 4 years old where I spent my entire childhood. I played every sport growing up and graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2008 where I played Division 1 basketball while majoring in Health Administration. I made the move up to Vero Beach in 2016.

Moving to Vero Beach allowed me the opportunity to work for my parents Construction Management company as the Projects Administration and Business Development Manager.  We specialize in Federal Construction for clients such as NASA, Coast Guard, Air Force, Navy and USDA.  This role includes finding work to bid on, putting together cost estimates, managing multiple subcontractors and overseeing all aspects of payment applications from subcontractors to clients.

I have always wanted to take my shot at starting my own company to piece together the elements of responsibility, organization, multitasking and people skills in one.  I feel this business structure suits me perfectly and I look forward to growing one client at a time.

My husband works in insurance and we have 3 awesome dogs.  Our daughter was born in June 2020 and our son was born in October 2022. My goal is to grow a company that allows me the flexibility to work hard while also being a present parent.

VBHCS services are targeted to seasonal residents, business travelers, rental property owners and those seeking an extra set of eyes on their home while on vacation. I can tailor your package to meet your needs and can always customize as we go.  VBHCS can help ease your mind by providing a number of services while you’re gone, so that the safety and maintenance of your home is never compromised. 

While you're away, I'll visit your home on your chosen schedule. I will email you a report with pictures and a checklist of the inspection completed at your home each visit or simply send a text saying everything is okay, completely up to you. I am also available for a variety concierge services, even while you are in town.  Thank you for the opportunity!
